- At Lincoln Total Community Action inc., our director is the backbone of our mission to provide a nurturing and empowering environment for young minds aged 3-5 years. Our director brings dedication, expertise, and a shared passion for childhood development, creating a collaborative space where children and their families grow together.
- Our director embodies a commitment to excellence, overseeing a curriculum that focuses on comprehensive skill development, creativity, and critical thinking. Through her guidance, each of our four locations across Lincoln and Union Parish has become a thriving hub for children to explore, learn, and prepare for the world ahead.
- From ensuring a safe, enriching environment to forming genuine connections with families, our director goes above and beyond every day. Her leadership is what drives our vision forward, turning aspirations into action and ensuring that every child at Lincoln Total Community Action Inc. receives the best start in life.

Through diverse creative experiences, we enhance children’s ability to socialize with others, be creative, express themselves and develop.
